Micro-housing Project | FA21
[Micro-housing designed to accommodate the diverse and growing number of young creative professionals in the Vinegar Hill and DUMBO neighborhood in Brooklyn, NY. Recycled cork cladding covers the building, contributing to the project’s thermal and acoustic insulation, it is also a carbon-negative material offsetting the overall carbon footprint of the project. A green roof, solar shading forms, and the implementation of thermal mass contribute to the project’s long-term environmental impact. Project in collaboration with Emily Guan for Pratt Institute.]
